Provisional schedule — subject to change by the organiser.

These are the organiser's provisional start-wave windows from the official event page, which marks the schedule as subject to change. Individual start times are linked about three days before the race and cannot be changed afterwards. Athlete check-in times, the laps to run, the relay briefing and the ceremony schedule were all still marked TBA on October 6, 2026.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday each end with a start window that closes at 20:30: Thursday with HYROX DOUBLES MIXED, Friday with the three relays back to back from 18:50, Saturday with HYROX DOUBLES MEN PRO. Sunday opens at 08:00 and has the earliest final start window: HYROX DOUBLES MEN at 15:20–18:30. These are start windows, not finish times.

Bring a physical copy of your ID: digital copies and photographs are not accepted, and nobody can check in on someone else's behalf. During race weekend you can only check in on the day you compete. At athlete registration you collect an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap with timing chip and a bib number, and you cannot race without all four. Age group ceremonies take place once every athlete in the division has raced; if you podium on a weekday, which here means Thursday or Friday, take your ID to the Help Desk for free access to the ceremony, and anyone coming with you needs a spectator ticket.

Public transportMesse Frankfurt's own directions: from Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take S-Bahn line S3, S4, S5 or S6 two stops to Frankfurt (Main) Messe station for the Torhaus entrance, or U-Bahn line U4 one stop to Festhalle/Messe for the City entrance (Eingang City); trams 16 and 17 also stop at Festhalle/Messe. The Central Station is only a few hundred metres from the grounds, about a 10-minute walk. As of October 6, 2026, the event page and ticket shop did not name an entrance for athletes or spectators.
From Frankfurt Airport it is about 15 minutes by car or taxi. By train, take the S8 or S9 to Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and change there to the S3, S4, S5 or S6 for Frankfurt (Main) Messe.

Watching, not racing?

Spectator tickets in Frankfurt are 15 EUR (as of Sep 30, 2026). Child and companion rules vary by event — confirm the official ticket terms before you travel. Spectator tickets are for ages 12 and over and cover one day. Children under 12 watch free but still need a FREE U12 CHILD SPECTATOR ticket for that day and must be with an adult holding a spectator ticket, and under-16s must also be accompanied by an adult spectator-ticket holder. The shop notes that online and on-site spectator tickets are subject to availability.

Road to Worlds

Frankfurt carries qualifying places for the 2027 HYROX World Championships — AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong, June 10–13, 2027. The rule depends on your division: Pro divisions qualify every age group except 60+, Doubles Mixed qualifies every age group, and the Open divisions qualify only the 60+ age groups (official ticket terms). Qualifying runs through the May 16, 2027, race weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a HYROX Frankfurt 2027?
Not a listed one yet. As of October 6, 2026, the official HYROX race calendar already carried dates as far ahead as June 2027 but showed no 2027 date for Frankfurt; its only Frankfurt race was this Season 26/27 edition on Dec 10–13, 2026. This only confirms that the calendar had no Frankfurt entry for 2027; it does not imply a cancellation. The only German race the calendar listed for 2027 was Cologne on April 8 to 11, 2027, with tickets not yet on sale.
When is HYROX Frankfurt 2026, and which days does it run?
Dec 10–13, 2026 at Messe Frankfurt (Hall 3.1), over four race days from Thursday to Sunday. Thursday is a full race day for men's and women's Solo Open and all three Doubles Open divisions. Solo Pro and the three relays race only on Friday, Pro Doubles only on Saturday, and Adaptive on Friday, then on Saturday for men and on Sunday for women. Every athlete ticket is for one named race day, so choose the day as well as the division when you buy.
Which HYROX Frankfurt tickets can I still buy?
Tickets have been on sale since July 29, 2026. As of October 6, 2026, standard athlete tickets were available for women's Solo Pro, men's and women's Adaptive, and the men's relay on Friday; men's Adaptive on Saturday; and women's Adaptive on Sunday. All other standard athlete tickets were sold out or off sale. Charity tickets were available for every scheduled Solo Open, Solo Pro and Doubles division, but require fundraising of at least 300 EUR for a single entry or 500 EUR per Doubles team. Availability can change before checkout. Adaptive is not a way around a sold-out division: HYROX may refund an Adaptive ticket at its sole discretion if the athlete does not meet an Adaptive Rulebook definition, and it does not rebook anyone into another division.
What time does my division start at HYROX Frankfurt?
Every division already has an official provisional start window, marked subject to change. Each day's first window opens at 08:00. Thursday, Friday and Saturday each end with a window that closes at 20:30, with the three relays running back to back on Friday evening between 18:50 and 20:30; Sunday has the earliest final start window: men's Doubles closes at 18:30. Your individual start time is linked about three days before the event, and HYROX does not permit start-time changes, so pick your race day with that in mind.
How much does HYROX Frankfurt cost, and do spectators need a ticket?
A Solo Open, Solo Pro or Adaptive entry is 119 EUR. Doubles and relay tickets are priced per person and cost less than a solo entry, and the official shop adds a 6.5% service fee on top of the ticket price. Charity places cost less but carry the fundraising minimum. Spectators pay 15 EUR for each day they attend; the official shop listed only day tickets, with no multi-day pass, on October 6, 2026. Children under 12 watch free but still need a free U12 ticket for that day and must be with an adult holding a spectator ticket, and under-16s must also be accompanied by an adult spectator-ticket holder.
Can I change or refund a HYROX Frankfurt ticket?
The general DACH terms list a 24-hour refund policy for unused online tickets, but terms stated at purchase take precedence. Confirm eligibility with HYROX rather than assuming this applies to every ticket. Under the usual ticket rules, standard Singles, Doubles and Relay tickets with the Flex Add-On qualify for a 100% refund up to 31 days or a 50% refund up to 7 days before your race day, excluding the add-on and service fee. Refund requests must be submitted through your HYROX Account by 07:59 event time on the cutoff day. Charity tickets cannot be refunded, even with Flex; spectator tickets cannot be cancelled and do not offer Flex. Flex and Lite Flex allow one name change to a person of the same gender; Lite Flex provides no refund under its standard terms. Name changes must be completed through your HYROX Account by 07:59 event time on the day before the athlete's race day. Tickets without either add-on cannot be refunded or renamed. You cannot directly switch the date, division or event, and Flex cannot be added after purchase.
How do I get to Hall 3.1 at Messe Frankfurt?
Messe Frankfurt's own directions: from Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), S-Bahn line S3, S4, S5 or S6 takes you two stops to Frankfurt (Main) Messe station and the Torhaus entrance, and U-Bahn line U4 one stop to Festhalle/Messe and the City entrance; the Central Station is also only about a 10-minute walk away. From Frankfurt Airport it is about 15 minutes by car or taxi, or S8 or S9 to the Central Station and then S3 to S6 to the Messe station. Hall 3.1 is the upper level of Hall 3, connected by the covered Via Mobile moving walkway with Halls 1 and 4. As of October 6, 2026, the event page and ticket shop did not name an entrance, so check the official event page before race week.
