How to read the table
Three cells trip people up. "Incl. sled" means the sled figure is the total system weight — sled plus plates — not the plates you add: Open men push 152 kg incl. sled, not 152 kg of plates. Farmers Carry is per hand, so "2 × 24 kg" for Open men is 48 kg carried over 200 m. Wall Balls carry two numbers — a ball weight and a target height: Open women throw 4 kg to 2.70 m, men 6 kg to 3.00 m, Pro women 6 kg to 2.70 m, Pro men 9 kg to 3.00 m, all for 100 reps. SkiErg, Row and Burpee Broad Jumps add no external load and are identical across every division, so they show as one cell.
Doubles, Mixed and Relay: the weight rules people get wrong
The biggest myth is that Doubles weights are halved. They are not. A Doubles Open pair pushes the same 152 kg sled a singles athlete does — only the reps and the running distance are split between partners, and both still run all 8 × 1 km together. Mixed Doubles uses the Men-Open column for both partners (152/103 kg sleds, 2 × 24 kg farmers, 6 kg wall ball). Relay has Open loads only — no Pro relay exists; the women's and men's relay divisions use the Open-Women / Open-Men loads (for a mixed team the rulebook lists both columns without stating per-athlete assignment), with four members each running 2 × 1 km and doing 2 stations.
Why the pounds are approximate
HYROX publishes every weight in kilograms — the 26/27 Singles, Doubles and Relay rulebooks contain no pound figures at all. The lb column here is a straight conversion (kg × 2.2, rounded) and is flagged with ≈ so it is never mistaken for an official number. Earlier seasons once printed a couple of gym-weight equivalents (wall balls and lunges in lb), but 26/27 dropped even those. Treat kilograms as the source of truth and pounds as a training-floor guide.
