Watching, not racing?

Spectator tickets in Beijing are 12 USD (as of Aug 25, 2026). Child and companion rules vary by event — confirm the official ticket terms before you travel. Children under 12 are free but still need their own FREE U12 CHILD SPECTATOR ticket, added in the same cart. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult holding a spectator ticket.

Pair it with a marathon

These same-country marathons fall within about 8 weeks of Beijing HYROX — close enough to build one trip, or a back-to-back season, around both.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is HYROX Beijing 2026, and is there a 2027 date?
Ulike HYROX Beijing runs Sep 10–13, 2026 at National Speed Skating Oval, Thursday to Sunday, in Season 26/27. The official HYROX race finder, checked on September 7, 2026, lists this edition only. Its calendar already reaches June 2027 and contains no race in mainland China. The weekly ticket digest on this page covers newly on-sale HYROX stations, so a 2027 Beijing race would reach you when its tickets open.
What time does my division start at HYROX Beijing?
The provisional wave table on this page gives the window for every division on every day. Thursday, September 10, opens at 14:00 with HYROX Men and ends with Mixed Doubles at 19:20. Friday, September 11, runs from 08:00 to 20:30 and is the only day all three relays race. Saturday, September 12, is the only day the Pro singles race, Pro Men from 12:20 and Pro Women from 14:40. Sunday, September 13, holds both Pro Doubles races and closes with the Mixed Relay, whose last window ends at 20:40. Your individual start time is linked about three days before the event and cannot be changed.
Can I still buy HYROX Beijing tickets, and what do they cost?
The official HYROX China shop at china.hyrox.com listed every division as on sale on September 7, 2026, and the sale closes at 21:00 Beijing time on September 13. Solo entries are 125 USD per person; Doubles and Relay cost less per athlete and the fee table on this page lists each division. Charges are in US dollars rather than renminbi.
Do spectators need a ticket, and can children watch free?
Spectator tickets are 12 USD and cover one day only, so following an athlete across two days needs two tickets per person. Children under 12 watch free but still need their own FREE U12 CHILD SPECTATOR ticket for that day, added in the same cart. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult holding a spectator ticket.
How do I get to the National Speed Skating Oval?
HYROX gives the event location as Speed Skating Oval North Road, Chaoyang District, which is the arena's visitor entrance rather than its registered postal address on Speed Skating Oval South Road. The venue's own site sends visitors to Line 8, Lincuiqiao station, exit C2 on the southeast side, then south on foot to that north entrance. Buses 81, 510 and 379 stop at Jingshiyuan, and the arena has a paid underground car park.
When do I check in, and when is my award ceremony?
On-site registration opens for each division 90 minutes before that division's first start wave, and during race weekend you can only check in on the day you compete. The desk runs 12:30 to 19:10 on Thursday and 07:00 to 20:30 from Friday to Sunday. Bring ID, and note that you cannot check in for a team-mate. Every age-group ceremony falls on Saturday or Sunday once the whole division has raced, so Thursday and Friday podium finishers return at the weekend: show ID and your official result at the Help Desk for a free entry wristband.
Can I qualify for the HYROX World Championships in Beijing?
That depends on your division, not on which day you race. The official ticket terms give Open singles and Open Doubles Men and Women a World Championship qualification for the 60+ age groups only, while Mixed Doubles Open qualifies every age group and the Pro divisions qualify every age group except 60+. Relay tickets carry no qualification note at all. Check the wording on your own ticket at china.hyrox.com before you enter.
