Provisional schedule — subject to change by the organiser.

Individual start times go live about three days before the event; until then these windows are the plan. The organiser does not permit start-time changes, so book travel around the window rather than a minute.

Friday is the longest day, twelve windows from 08:00 to the Women's Relay at 20:20–20:30. Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday also run to 20:30, and Sunday finishes earliest with a last window of 15:50–19:30.

On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave. To get into the hall before your own check-in window, go via the Spectators Desk and show your ticket and ID. During the race week you can only check in on the day you compete, you must bring a physical copy of your ID because digital copies and photographs are not accepted, and you cannot check in for anyone else. Registration issues an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap and timing chip, and a bib number; you cannot race without all four.

Getting there

Venue addressRoyal Dublin Society (RDS), Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin, D04 E6N6
Public transportDART is the simple way in: Lansdowne Road and Sandymount stations are both a short walk from the RDS. The Luas tram has no route to the venue at all. RDS's own advice is to change at Connolly Station onto the DART and get off at Lansdowne Road or Sandymount. If you are already on the Luas, the nearest stop is Ranelagh, which the S2 bus links to Merrion Road. Dublin Bus routes 4, 7, 7a and 27X and Go-Ahead Ireland routes 18 and S2 serve Ballsbridge. Note that HYROX publishes the Simmonscourt Road entrance (D04 E6N6), not the RDS main address on Merrion Road (D04 AK83).
From Dublin Airport the Aircoach route 702 runs to the venue and stops on Merrion Road in front of the RDS main complex entrance; a taxi costs about €30 to €40.

Watching, not racing?

Spectator tickets in Dublin are 16.50 EUR (as of Jul 11, 2026). Child and companion rules vary by event — confirm the official ticket terms before you travel. A spectator ticket covers one day and is sold for each of the five days. Children under 12 watch free but still need their own FREE U12 CHILD SPECTATOR ticket for that day, and under-16s must be with an adult spectator ticket holder.

Road to Worlds

Dublin carries qualifying places for the 2027 HYROX World Championships — AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong, June 10–13, 2027. The rule depends on your division: Pro divisions qualify every age group except 60+, Doubles Mixed qualifies every age group, and the Open divisions qualify only the 60+ age groups (official ticket terms). Qualifying runs through the May 16, 2027, race weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a HYROX Dublin 2027?
Not on the official calendar. The Season 26/27 Dublin race is Nov 11–15, 2026, and that is the race most people mean when they type HYROX Dublin 2027. As of September 7, 2026, the official HYROX race finder listed Dublin once, on those dates, and carried no Irish race in 2027 even though its calendar already ran through to June 2027. The 2027 races closest to Dublin on that list are Manchester in January, Glasgow in March and Cardiff in May, all three with dates in the nearby-races table above.
Are HYROX Dublin Doubles Mixed tickets sold out?
Not as of September 7, 2026. The official Irish shop still listed Mixed Doubles for sale on all four days it runs, Wednesday to Saturday, and every ticket in that shop was on sale rather than withdrawn. There is no Mixed Doubles heat on Sunday at all, so an empty Sunday is the schedule, not a sell-out. Availability changes without notice, and because the race day is part of the ticket, one day selling out would not stop you entering on another.
Which day and time does my division race at HYROX Dublin?
The table above gives your division's day and start window, and the shape of the week is worth knowing before you buy. Wednesday and Thursday run the same seven division starts, opening with Men and Adaptive Men at 08:00 and closing with Mixed Doubles from 18:10. Friday is the busiest day with twelve division starts, and the only day for Pro Men, Pro Women and all three relays, which go off between 19:40 and 20:30. Saturday has five division starts and is the only day for Pro Doubles. Sunday has four, from Doubles Women at 08:00 to Doubles Men at 15:50. Two gaps catch people out: there is no solo Men heat on Sunday and no solo Women heat on Saturday.
How much does HYROX Dublin cost, and what do spectators pay?
Solo Open, Solo Pro and Adaptive entries are 144.50 EUR per person. Doubles and Relay prices are in the fee table above and are also per person, so every member of a team buys their own ticket. The Irish shop lists those Doubles and Relay prices as per person plus a service fee, and the official refund terms exclude that service fee too, but HYROX does not publish the amount anywhere on the shop or event page. Spectators pay 16.50 EUR for one day. Charity entries through Race for Impact cost less up front and commit you to raising €300 as a solo athlete, €500 per Doubles team or €800 per Relay team.
Where is HYROX Dublin held and how do I get there?
At the Royal Dublin Society in Ballsbridge. The address HYROX publishes is the Simmonscourt Road entrance, D04 E6N6, not the Merrion Road address that a search for the RDS usually returns, so navigate to the postcode. The DART is the simple way in, with Lansdowne Road and Sandymount stations both a short walk away. The Luas tram does not reach the RDS at all, which catches visitors out: RDS's own advice is to change at Connolly Station onto the DART and get off at Lansdowne Road or Sandymount, and if you are already on the Luas the nearest stop is Ranelagh, which the S2 bus links to Merrion Road. Dublin Bus routes 4, 7, 7a and 27X and Go-Ahead routes 18 and S2 serve Ballsbridge, and from the airport the Aircoach 702 stops on Merrion Road outside the main entrance, with a taxi around €30 to €40.
What do I need at HYROX Dublin check-in, and can I change my ticket?
Bring a physical ID. Digital copies and photographs are not accepted, and you cannot check in on someone else's behalf. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave, and during the race week you can only check in on the day you compete. Registration hands you an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap with timing chip and a bib, and you cannot race without all four. Changes need the Flex Add-On, which gives a full refund up to 31 days before your race day and half back up to 7 days before. Flex Lite covers name changes only, spectator tickets take neither, and HYROX does not transfer entries between events or switch divisions after purchase.
