HYROX Düsseldorf runs Nov 11–15, 2026 at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA as the Season 26/27 edition, five days from Wednesday to Sunday. HYROX's own event page calls it the first time the race is held inside a stadium, the home of Fortuna Düsseldorf. As of September 30, 2026, the official HYROX race calendar listed no 2027 Düsseldorf date, and the German race it does carry for 2027 is Cologne on April 8 to 11, 2027, 39 km away. A solo entry is listed at 129 EUR and a spectator day pass at 15 EUR, but on that date the official DACH shop sold standard athlete entries only for a few divisions and days, and every relay and Pro Doubles entry was off sale.

These are the organiser's provisional start-wave windows from the official event page, which prints the schedule as subject to change. Individual start times are linked about three days before the race and cannot be changed afterwards. Athlete check-in times, the laps to run, the relay briefing and the ceremony schedule were all still marked TBA on September 30, 2026.

Four of the five days end with a start window that closes at 20:30 — Wednesday and Thursday with HYROX DOUBLES MIXED, Friday with the three relays from 19:40, and Saturday with HYROX DOUBLES MEN PRO. Sunday finishes earliest, with a 17:30–19:30 window for HYROX DOUBLES MEN.

You must bring a physical copy of your ID, since digital copies and photographs are not accepted, and you cannot check in on someone else's behalf. During race weekend you can only check in on the day you compete. At athlete registration you collect an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap with timing chip and a bib number, and you cannot race without all four. Age group ceremonies are held once everyone in the division has raced; if you podium on a weekday, take your ID to the Help Desk for free access to the ceremony, and any extra spectators need a spectator ticket.

Public transportThe arena tells visitors to take the U78 straight to the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA/Messe Nord stop, and says services keep running towards the city centre at regular intervals through the evening after an event. It also notes that for many events the ticket doubles as a travel pass on public transport in the VRR area and on DB second class, with the relevant logo printed on the ticket, so check yours rather than assume. The official ticket shop lists the venue address with Eingang Süd, the south entrance.

Spectator tickets in Düsseldorf are 15 EUR (as of Sep 7, 2026). Child and companion rules vary by event — confirm the official ticket terms before you travel. Children under 12 watch free but still need their own FREE U12 CHILD SPECTATOR ticket for that day, and they must be with an adult holding a valid ticket. Under-16s must also be accompanied by an adult holding a spectator ticket. The shop also prints that online and on-site spectator tickets are subject to availability.

Is there a HYROX Düsseldorf 2027?
Not yet. As of September 30, 2026, the official HYROX race calendar carried 2027 dates for many other cities and already ran to June 2027, but listed no 2027 date for Düsseldorf; the only Düsseldorf race it showed was this Season 26/27 edition on Nov 11–15, 2026. A missing row means no date has been published, not that the race is cancelled. The German date it does list for 2027 is Cologne on April 8 to 11, 2027, 39 km away and the first row of the nearby-races table above. The next German race after Düsseldorf is Frankfurt on December 10 to 13, 2026. When is HYROX Düsseldorf 2026, and which days does it run?
Nov 11–15, 2026 at MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA, five days from Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday are full race days with five divisions each, so plenty of athletes race midweek rather than at the weekend. Sunday is the short day, with four divisions and a first start window at 13:30. One extra on the Friday: the organiser's event page says the POWWOW Sports Festival runs next door at Arena Sportpark on November 13.
Which HYROX Düsseldorf tickets are still on sale?
As of September 30, 2026, the official DACH shop sold standard athlete entries on these days only: women's Solo Open on Wednesday and Thursday, Doubles Mixed on Wednesday, men's and women's Solo Pro and men's and women's Adaptive on Friday, men's Adaptive on Saturday and women's Adaptive on Sunday. Not available were men's Solo Open on every day, women's Solo Open on Friday and Sunday, men's and women's Doubles Open on every day, Doubles Mixed from Thursday to Saturday, and every Pro Doubles and relay entry. On September 7, 2026 the only standard athlete entries on sale had been four Adaptive ones, alongside some charity places, so some divisions came back after that date; the official event page has an Athlete Ticket Notification List. Charity places were open for women's Solo Open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, men's Solo Open on Thursday and women's Solo Pro on Friday. Adaptive is not a way around a sold-out division: the ticket text ties it to the HYROX Adaptive Rulebook and says HYROX may refund an entry from an athlete who does not meet one of those definitions, with no move into another division even when the others are sold out.
What time does my division start at HYROX Düsseldorf?
Every division already has a published start window, listed day by day in the table above. Worth pulling out of that table: four of the five days end with a window that closes at 20:30, and Friday's last wave goes off latest of the four, with the three relays between 19:40 and 20:30. Sunday is the exception, finishing with a 17:30 to 19:30 window. Your individual start time is linked about three days before the event, and HYROX does not permit start-time changes, so pick the race day before you buy.
How much does HYROX Düsseldorf cost, and do spectators need a ticket?
A solo, Pro or Adaptive entry is 129 EUR, doubles cost less per person and a relay place less again, with every division in the fee table above. What the table cannot show is that the doubles and relay ticket text prices those entries per person and adds a service fee on top, which the official refund terms then exclude from any refund. Charity places cost less but commit you to raising at least 300 EUR as a single or 500 EUR as a doubles team. Spectators pay 15 EUR for the day they attend; children under 12 get in free but still need their own free U12 child spectator ticket and an adult with a valid ticket, and all five spectator days were on sale on September 30, 2026.
