HYROX Karlsruhe 2026

Messe Karlsruhe (Hall 3)

OCT 2026 1–4

Searches for HYROX Karlsruhe 2027 land on this race: the Season 26/27 edition, Oct 1–4, 2026 at Messe Karlsruhe (Hall 3), four days from Thursday to Sunday. As of September 7, 2026, the official HYROX race calendar listed no 2027 Karlsruhe date, and the German date it does carry for 2027 is Cologne on April 8 to 11, 2027; the next German race after this one is Hamburg on October 28 to November 1, 2026. One thing to fix before you book a hotel: the halls are in Rheinstetten, served by their own S2 stop at Messe/Leichtsandstraße, while the venue operator keeps a separate congress centre in central Karlsruhe. A solo entry is listed at 114 EUR and a spectator day pass at 10 EUR, and on that date the official DACH shop had 12 of the 26 division entries off sale, including all three doubles on the Thursday.

Provisional schedule — subject to change by the organiser.

Three of the four days end with a start window that closes at 20:30 — Thursday with HYROX DOUBLES MIXED from 17:20, Friday with the three relays from 19:40, and Saturday with HYROX DOUBLES MEN PRO from 19:00. Sunday finishes earliest, with a 15:10–19:30 window for HYROX DOUBLES MEN.

You must bring a physical copy of your ID, since digital copies and photographs are not accepted, and you cannot check in on someone else’s behalf. During race weekend you can only check in on the day you compete. At athlete registration you collect an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap with timing chip and a bib number, and you cannot race without all four. Age group ceremonies are held once everyone in the division has raced; if you podium on a weekday, take your ID to the Help Desk for free access to the ceremony and your flag, and any extra spectators need a spectator ticket. Laps to run, the relay briefing, athlete registration times and the ceremony schedule were all still marked TBA on September 7, 2026.

Getting there

Venue addressMesse Karlsruhe (Halle 3), Messeallee 1, 76287 Rheinstetten, Germany
Public transportThe halls carry a Rheinstetten postcode, not a Karlsruhe one, and the operator lists them as the Messegelände in Karlsruhe-Rheinstetten while keeping a separate congress centre at Festplatz 9 in the city centre. From the main station the venue routes you into the centre first, on the S1 or S11 towards Neureut or Hochstetten, line 2 towards Knielingen Nord or line 3 towards Daxlanden or Rappenwörth, then underground at Europaplatz onto the S2 towards Rheinstetten as far as Messe/Leichtsandstraße; from the centre you take that S2 directly. A Tarifwabe 100 fare covers the trip to that stop on event days. Bus 106 from Ettlingen runs to the stop without a change. Drivers leave the A5 or A8 at exit 48, Karlsruhe-Süd, to 7,000 spaces across three car parks plus one for VIP and press, and the venue puts the grounds 5.5 km from the main station and 6.3 km from the city centre by its own signed cycle routes. The site is barrier-free, with all halls and entrances at ground level.

Watching, not racing?

Spectator tickets in Karlsruhe are 10 EUR (as of Sep 7, 2026). Child and companion rules vary by event — confirm the official ticket terms before you travel. Children under 12 watch free but still need their own free U12 child spectator ticket for that day, and the spectator ticket adds a second rule: anyone under 16 must be with an adult spectator holding a valid ticket. The shop also prints that spectator tickets online and on site are subject to availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a HYROX Karlsruhe 2027?
Not on the official calendar as of September 7, 2026. The race people search for as 2027 is the Season 26/27 edition on Oct 1–4, 2026, and on that date the HYROX race finder carried a single Karlsruhe row, for 2026, with no 2027 entry. The same calendar already runs to the World Championships in June 2027, so the gap is an answer rather than a listing that has not caught up. The German date it does list for 2027 is Cologne on April 8 to 11, 2027. Of the two 2027 races in the nearby-races table above, Basel on February 12 to 14 is the closer one at 167 km. The weekly ticket digest on this page emails newly on-sale races across every HYROX city, so a Karlsruhe 2027 would reach you when its tickets open.
Which day and time does my division race at HYROX Karlsruhe?
The table above pairs every division with its start window across the four days; it shows who races when, not what is still on sale, which the next question covers. Four things worth pulling out of it. Friday carries 12 of the 26 division slots, close to half the timetable, and it is the only day with Pro solo races and with all three relays, which close the day between 19:40 and 20:30. Solo men race Thursday, Friday and Saturday; solo women race Thursday, Friday and Sunday, so there is no solo men field on the Sunday and no solo women field on the Saturday. Pro Doubles run on the Saturday only. Saturday also has the widest window on the timetable, 08:00 to 13:30, shared by HYROX MEN and HYROX ADAPTIVE MEN. Your individual start time is linked about three days before the race and HYROX does not permit changes, so choose your race day before you buy.
Which HYROX Karlsruhe entries can I still buy?
Fourteen of the 26 division entries were still on sale in the official DACH shop on September 7, 2026, and they are not spread evenly across the four days. Thursday was down to the two solo fields, with all three doubles gone. Friday was the fullest day by far: both solo fields, both Pro solo fields, Doubles Men, Doubles Mixed and all three relays, with only the two Adaptive fields and Doubles Women off sale. Saturday had only the two Pro Doubles left. Sunday had only HYROX WOMEN. Every charity place was off sale that day as well. Adaptive is not a way around a closed division: the ticket text ties it to the HYROX Adaptive Rulebook, says HYROX may refund an entry from an athlete who does not meet one of those definitions, and rules out moving into another division even when the others are sold out.
How much does HYROX Karlsruhe cost, and do spectators need a ticket?
A solo, Pro or Adaptive place is 114 EUR, a doubles place costs less per person and a relay place less again, with every division in the fee table above; the shop still showed those same prices on September 7, 2026. Worth reading before you check out: the doubles and relay tickets price the entry per person and add a service fee on top, a line the singles tickets do not carry, and the official refund terms then exclude that service fee from any refund. Charity places cost less, though none of them were on sale on September 7, 2026, and they commit you to raising at least 300 EUR as a single, 500 EUR as a doubles team or 800 EUR as a relay team. Spectators pay 10 EUR for the day they attend. Under-12s get in free but still need their own free child spectator ticket, and the spectator ticket adds a second rule that is easy to miss: under-16s have to be with an adult holding a valid ticket.
Can I still cancel or rename a HYROX Karlsruhe ticket?
This edition has finished, so its refund and name-change deadlines have passed. The following describes the options available before the race. Only through the Flex options you pick at checkout, and HYROX says the Flex Add-On cannot be added after the initial purchase. That add-on gives a full refund up to 31 days before your own race day and half back up to 7 days before, both excluding the Flex and service fees, plus a name change up to the day before your race day rather than the day before the event. Flex Lite covers the name change alone. The calendar matters here: with race days of October 1 to 4, the 31-day mark fell between August 31 and September 3, 2026, so the full-refund window had already closed by September 7, while the half-refund window ran to somewhere between September 24 and 27 depending on the day you race. Refunds and name changes go through your HYROX account by 07:59 event time on the cut-off day. Charity places are never refundable, spectator tickets sit outside Flex entirely, and HYROX does not transfer entries to another event or change your division.
How do I get to Messe Karlsruhe, and is it in Karlsruhe?
The address is Messeallee 1, 76287 Rheinstetten: the exhibition grounds carry a Rheinstetten postcode, and the operator files them as the Messegelände in Karlsruhe-Rheinstetten while keeping a separate congress centre at Festplatz 9 in the city centre, so check which address a hotel listing means. From the main station the venue routes you into the centre first, on the S1 or S11 towards Neureut or Hochstetten, line 2 towards Knielingen Nord or line 3 towards Daxlanden or Rappenwörth, then underground at Europaplatz onto the S2 towards Rheinstetten as far as the Messe/Leichtsandstraße stop; from the centre you take that S2 directly. The venue says a Tarifwabe 100 fare covers the trip to that stop on event days, and puts the grounds 5.5 km from the main station and 6.3 km from the city centre by its own signed cycle routes. Drivers leave the A5 or A8 at exit 48, Karlsruhe-Süd, to 7,000 spaces across three car parks plus one for VIP and press, and the site is barrier-free with all halls and entrances at ground level. The venue runs a Messe-Express shuttle from the main station for large events but publishes the times on each event page, and the HYROX Karlsruhe page carried no transport or shuttle section on September 7, 2026.
